Prices and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available by Shopify checkout. An order is accepted once the checkout is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.

Accuracy and availability
We may correct obvious errors in product information, pricing, or availability before an order is accepted. If a material issue affects an accepted order, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where mandatory consumer law provides stronger protection, that law prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
